Start the day with strength

Waking up on the wrong side of the bed is really a thing, and it can impact the entire day if it's not curbed appropriately.  Negative thoughts can be overcome and transformed into positive thoughts through using the breath, becoming aware of the feelings, and letting peace in.  

Reduce anger

Children have big emotions and are not naturally equipped for handling them. Anger is an emotion that everyone feels.  Though it doesn't feel very good, it's actually a healthy emotion that serves a great purpose- it's a signal that something internal is out of sorts.  Learning how to properly manage anger is essential for handling it in the healthy response it's intended, instead of the toxic reaction it can become.
